All this angst about who’s going to win the presidency in 2024 is pointless. Donald Trump has educated a substantial portion of the American populace to believe that elections serve no useful purpose and are riddled with fraud – unless of course he wins. Should he received more votes than Biden he will take possession of the White House and declare himself, like Papa Duvalier of Haiti, “President for Life”.
If Biden receives more votes than Trump, Trump will claim fraud, and using every means available including violence, take over the White House and declare himself “President for Life”. Whatever the actual vote count, it looks to be this country’s last presidential election.
